The majority of Turkish people live in apartments however; many developers are building complexes consisting of apartments aimed at foreign buyers.

Many of these complexes have shared facilities such as swimming pools, communal gardens and sporting facilities. They usually have security also.

Prices for apartments in a complex block vary. This usually dependent on what floor the apartment is on and whether it has better views.

Apartments are particularly popular with foreign buyers as they are cheaper to buy than villas.
