Fethiye lies on a semicircular bay protected by a ring of 12 islands. The popular resort Fethiye, 135 km southeast of Marmaris, hosts an important marina at the head of a beautiful bay strewn with islands. A hill crowned by the ruins of the crusader fortress built by the Knights of Rhodes overlooks the little port.

Above the town, (called Telmessos in antiquity), numerous Lycian rock tombs, reproducing the facades of ancient buildings, were cut into the cliff face. The road to Fethiye winds up and down hills through a heavily forested region that offers occasional glimpses of the sea and an islet or two basking in total seclusion.

Kalkan: A small peaceful Mediterranean resort and fishing town on the beautiful Turquoise Coast of Turkey, Kalkan has not been touched by mass tourism. More sophisticated than the usual resort town, Kalkan appeals to travellers looking for more than a "sun and sea" holiday.

Kalkan curls snugly around an ancient harbour sheltered at the foot of the towering Taurus Mountains. The town overlooks a beautiful bay in which islands seem to magically float upon the shimmering sea. Narrow streets twist down to the harbour through the historic town and are lined with listed whitewashed villas with shuttered windows situated alongside small local specialty shops and restaurants. Overhead hang original ornately carved Ottoman timber balconies garlanded with brilliantly coloured bougainvillea cascading to the streets below. It is a very special place.

Kusadasi: Located in the Aegean region of Turkey, Kusadasi or the bird island is a visually magnificent and ideal spot for vacation. Like a beautiful painting, Kusadasi boasts of a flamboyancy, which is contributed by the clear blue water, accompanied by expanses of sandy beaches and a bright summer sun.

With the glorious historical city of Ephesus standing beside it, the town of Kusadasi is a heady blend of the ancient and the aesthetic and thus proves to be an invincible attraction for travellers from all over the world. An earthy appeal, inexpensive Turkish cuisines, numerous holiday villages and hotels and the alluring "Turkish Nights".

Side (pronounced see-deh), is a beautiful coastal resort on the Mediterranean. It is approximately 15kms east of Antalya (one of Turkey's largest cities) and is located on a small peninsula only 800m in length. In this pretty town, modern architecture, chic shops and late night bars stand in juxtaposition with the ruins of an ancient city.

Flanked by two stretches of golden beach, surrounded by the sparkling waters of Mediterranean on both sides and bestowed with the endless archaeological wonders, Side has aptly prospered as one of the most popular resorts for holidaymakers from across the globe.

Marmaris is truly the Jewel of the Turkish Riviera. It is Turkey's most sophisticated and multi-faceted resort. Located where the Aegean Sea meets the Mediterranean the beautiful bay is famous for its yachting and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Marmaris is originally a Greek word meaning glittering and shining and this is a very apt description. Nowadays it offers abundant accommodation ranging from small pensions (guest houses) to luxurious 5 star hotels. Hundreds of restaurants, shops, tours, and other entertainment ensure that you will never be bored.

The beautiful harbour water front hosts many restaurants and bars where you can relax and take in the spectacular view. Netsel Marina is an important yachting centre full of romantic restaurants, shops and boutiques. One look at the yachts in the harbour will tell you that Marmaris is a stylish and cosmopolitan resort.

The traffic-free promenade stretching from the marina all the way round the bay to Icmeler. It has a sophisticated 'Riviera' feel to it, vaguely reminiscent of St.Tropez.
