The apartments are located in the Didim area of Altinkum holiday resort. The complex will be split between 3 blocks and in total there will be 6 x 1 bedroom apartments, 15 x 2 bedroom apartments and 12 x 3 bedroom duplex apartments.

In the grounds, there will be a communal swimming pool measuring 40m2 with child’s section and a communal garden area. Each apartment will have an open plan kitchen and living room, the kitchen will have marble or laminate work tops. There will be one bathroom in each apartment with a shower and a toilet.

Annual maintenance for Marina Gateway will be approximately £250.
