My Home in The Sun - Turkey

Tell us which dates are convenient to you and from which airport you prefer to fly.  Our agents will then search our database for the cheapest and best flight deals for you. You could then book and pay for flight only with any airline and My Home in the Sun-Turkey will arrange your accommodation and transfers. This will suit you if you especially if you want a short trip.

Once you have arrived from the airport and taken to your private accommodation, you will have the chance to rest and unwind.  The following day, a representative from My Home in the Sun-Turkey will visit you for an informal chat to clarify your budget and property requirements. Buying a home or investment abroad is a big step and we want you to get the most from your stay with us.

What is included in your viewing trip?

All transfers from and to the airport in Turkey

Private accommodation

One to one viewing trip of the area and viewing as many properties as needed.

When you find a property you wish to buy, we will give you an initial introduction to furniture shops, and help you with all documentation including your tax number and opening a bank account, so please bring with you four passport size photographs per person.

What Happens On A Viewing Trip?

Our aim is to fit around what you want to do, how quickly you want to do it and how long you want to go for. Most of our clients find the property they want to buy within 3 days, some have bought an apartment within the first 24 hours and others have taken 5 days or more.

Terms of Viewing Trip with My Home in the Sun-Turkey

If at the end of your viewing trip you do not purchase with My Home in the Sun-Turkey, you will be liable for the cost of your accommodation and airport transfer.  This will be discussed with you at the end of your viewing trip. 

If you decide you want to go home and have a think about what you have viewed and decide to come back and purchase with us, we will refund any costs incurred during your previous visit.
