The Olive (pronounced Olea europaea) is a species of a small tree in the family Oleaceae, native to the coastal areas of the eastern Mediterranean Basin as well as northern Iran at the south end of the Caspian Sea.

We have land available in many areas - Mavisehir, Akbuk, Altinkum, Didim, Aydin. Some are located close to the ocean others are located further inland. We also have lots of special interest such as the location next to the historic monuments such as Miletos. Land without preparation and planting will be cheaper. We have a few lots for a very reasonable price close to the sea. Here you can buy up to 2500 sq m from £15,000 but there are special rules that apply. Please contact us for more information. You can plant from 150 to 200 olive trees on a plot of 2500 sqm, price and quantity will depend on the type of olive. There are many different types of olives. We have a great deal of knowledge in this field and will help our customers to find trees that are best suited for the area and that will provide a high yield. |

Olive trees can live for over 1000 years and require very little maintenance. The fruits are very valuable and a good olive grove can provide a significant extra income. This is not just an olive grove, but a fantastic investment! If you wish, we can organize all of the maintenance, picking and sale of olives. You can, in other words just relax and enjoy having a large garden where you can do whatever you want. It will also be possible to plant more than just the olive trees on the site. There will be plenty of space to plant fruit and vegetables for your own consumption and in this climate you can plant the lemon, orange, mandarin, grapefruit, peaches, nectarines, grapes, bananas, dates, almonds, avocado, aubergine, tomato, cucumber, melon , peppers, corn and much more. |
