Located midway between Altinkum Main Beach Resort and Yenihisar (Town Centre) these apartments are in the final stages of completion and are attracting a lot of interest because of their very competitive prices.

Ruya Complex has its own communal pool, sunbathing terrace and grounds all secured behind stylish walls and gated for security and privacy.

Built by the same construction company as Agora Apartments, again there is the same quality finish with aluminium finished balconies and terraces, wood finished kitchens, Hilton style bathroom furniture and great walk in corner showers.

Every apartment has an electric water heater and there are provisions for central satellite air conditioning, telephone (little extra cost).

The communal pool is 62 m2 and communal gardens have been planted.

Approximately 15 minutes comfortable walk to Main Beach Resort but a much shorter distance to local Shops, Bars, Banks and Restaurants.

Resort Information

Altinkum translated means "Golden Sand" and relates to the superb beaches. The beaches slope gently and are safe for families with children, they are just as appealing to those just wanting to unwind, take it easy and work on their tans. The beach wraps round the picturesque Altinkum Bay forming two beaches one at either end of the town. There are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for hire and at very reasonable rates too. Go for a paddle or a swim in the calm sparkling blue waters where You will also find a large assortment of waterspouts both ends of the beach; Windsurfing Jet Skis, Banana Boat Ride, and for those less energetic, Pedalos.

During the day Altinkum is a quiet relaxing resort and by night is livened up by the numerous bars scattered around the resort. There are family aimed bars with fun atmospheres and light music, for tourists looking for a lively night out there are bars with a more fast pace as well as nightclubs including an open air nightclub with very lively music and shows. Turkish night, belly dancing, karaoke and much more.

Altinkum runs a weekly market which is held on a Saturday. The local minibus will take you there they come every 5 – 10 minutes. Here you can buy a huge variety of things, the fresh fruit and vegetables are especially good and extremely cheap. The main resort shopping centre is Dolphin Square, near the centre of the resort front. There are also a large number of shops on the seafront.

When shopping for provisions the main supermarkets are Carrefour, Tansas and Migros, which cater for most peoples tastes, having a wide variety of well know food stuffs, toiletries and kitchen goods.
