My Home in the Sun-Turkey has an agreement between the owner of the property giving you the client access to a rental period which can be considered as a ‘test’ to see if the property meets your expectations & requirements. If you like the property after trying it out and decide to buy it, we will refund the entire rental cost. There is no better way of test driving a property in Turkey. During your stay you will also be taken to view similar type of properties, like the one you are staying in and a tour of the local area.
Conditions of the scheme are as follows:
1.A maximum rental period of 2 weeks
2.At any time of the year (subject to availability)
3.The rental fee will depend on the property type (villa or apartment) and season.
Last but not least, the best part is, we will refund you the entire amount of your rented period if you decide to buy the property!
